Before the looong weekend Wiktor, Marcin & Jacek jumped into a train to Cracow to join Railsberry conf almost 7 h later. Was it worth the fuss? Let’s check out with this short on-the-beat interview!

** Railsberry it’s ‘the conference for curious Rails developers’. What made you curious?**

@wiktorschmidt: I’m curious how do one organize such a kick-ass event while still keeping it minimalistic and simple ;) Amazing work

@jac33k: Katrina Owen was talking about tests refactoring. That was really interesting and I think I’ll try to do the same with my code. Seems to be useful, can’t wait to implement it!

@madsheepPL: Felix Geisendoerfers talk about nodecopter.com totally blew my mind. AR Drone 2.0 with easy wifi access… I need to get my hands on one of these.

The speech I will keep in my mind/hearth.

@jac33k: Fred’s “ Agile is the New Black” was a gorgeous story about Agile methodology development process. He showed that roles, team members’ skills and processes analysis are very important and result in work-level and performance improvement. Agile Anarchy theory is back and I think it can stir the management process up.

@madsheepPL: Fred George - Agile is the New Black. It felt more like a story about a man who changes things for better, rather than instructions for doing a proper agile (which I felt it was intended to be). Either way, this was a great, very inspiring talk.

@wiktorschmidt: Guess what: Fred George - Agile is the New Black ;) Even though I’ve heard Fred speak before, it gave me a lot to think about

Best moment.

@jac33k: Keavy's reaction to technical problems. It’s not so easy to deal with stress, when you’re standing in front of [number_here] people. Especially when you have to start your presentation twice! But not for Keavy. She is very brave and professional speaker, so she started with the same power as the first time (with the little help from the organizers).

@madsheepPL: Barell roll by AR Drone, running on golang.org

@wiktorschmidt: Afterparty ;)

So… see you next year at Railsberry!
