Business Development Representative

We are looking for a talented Business Development Representative who has the passion and the skills to manage business opportunities and negotiate contracts with new accounts.

What are the responsibilities of a Business Development Representative?

  • qualifying our inbound leads and encouraging our inbound leads to start a collaboration with Netguru,
  • addressing the needs of our prospective clients and creating the best solutions for them,
  • negotiating the terms of collaboration with new accounts and closing business deals,
  • responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information, and creating a positive customer experience.

Requirements for a mid-level Business Development Representative:

    • excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C2+),
    • experience in a similar position/account management at a software consulting/SaaS services company,
    • impressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities,
    • experience in addressing and resolving complex customer issues,
    • efficiency in creating action plans with accounts and closing deals,
    • proactive approach to improving processes,
    • general knowledge of outreach process and account management,
    • working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM,
    • willingness to travel.

Additional requirements for a Senior Business Development Representative:

  • ability to plan and execute strategy for selling new services,
  • in-depth technical knowledge and an ability to advise clients about technological strategies,
  • ability to incorporate and suggest new tools for the team to use to increase overall team productivity,
  • network of contacts and established relationships in the UK/US markets,
  • Salesforce Certification will be an additional asset.
