Customer Success Team Leader

That’s why we are currently looking for an extraordinary manager to lead our constantly growing team of Account Executives.

If you join us, you will:

  • lead a team of experienced and highly qualified Account Executives;
  • enjoy a high degree of independence in planning the development of your team;
  • work in close cooperation with Head of Business Development on creating the strategy of further development;
  • build relations with global clients mostly from Europe and the United States;
  • implement and introducing new ideas and processes that lead to higher upsells and minimizing churn;

You will be responsible for:

  • building and nurturing relationships with current clients and watching over  exceptional customer experience on a daily basis
  • being the first line of support for the Account Executive team, responding to the team’s questions and issues, assisting in difficult situations, and coaching others
  • setting objectives and tracking the progress of each team member and managing your team’s performance
  • building and motivating the team as well as  developing a plan for educational activities

We are looking for a person who:

  • has worked in a services company, especially a marketing agency, software house, or a SaaS company
  • has 3+ years of experience in successfully growing key accounts
  • has at least a year of experience leading a team of Account Executives
  • have an excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1); Polish is not required,
  • is a natural communicator with excellent negotiation, persuasive, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • can efficiently gather feedback, evaluate it, and set key goals
  • has strong critical thinking abilities, analytical skills and a high degree of assertiveness
  • has had experience in using CRM or similar tools (such as Salesforce), including business process development
