What are the responsibilities of the Head of Talent Acquisition?

  • Manage agile workforce planning in a very fast-paced and changing environment,

  • Focus on well-communicated, data-driven team and process management,

  • Create a robust sourcing engine and build pipeline using direct search techniques,
  • Build a talent acquisition strategy in close cooperation with Recruitment & EB team leaders, the Head of People and the Head of Growth,

  • Manage talent mapping and create tailor-made roles,

  • Design a vetting process and support in mergers and acquisitions,

  • Continuously improve existing processes and create new ones in order to improve your team’s performance,

  • Oversee the growing team, motivate and provide leadership guidance,

  • Closely cooperate with the Head of People and other core team members.

Skills and experience required as a must:

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a relevant role in:

    1. a 500+ employee tech company
    2. OR an IT recruitment agency,
    3. OR a dynamically growing corporation in another industry,

  • Hands-on experience in creating a talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning in a dynamically growing company,
  • Proven track record in direct search targeting senior IT roles and management,
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct cooperation with C-suite management,
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment,
  • Strong analytical skills and focus on data-driven judgement to continuously improve talent acquisition process,
  • Being an effective collaborator and communicator with strong influencing skills,
  • Being an agile learner and out of the box thinker who embraces new technologies and tools,
  • Great command of Polish and English (CEFR C1+).


  • Talent mapping knowledge and experience,
  • Practical experience in creating an Employer Branding strategy in the areas of: partnerships with universities, headhunting agencies and attracting foreign candidates,
  • A strong personal brand and presence in the community.
