Head of Business Development

We are increasing our revenue 113% this year. In 2017 our Business Development team grew almost twofold. We’re just getting started, and are looking for a Head of Business Development to lead that excellent team and help us sail through the growth.

Must-have requirements:

    • Minimum two years experience in growing and managing a successful business development team of 15+ people,
    • A proven track record in Inbound and Outbound Sales, and Key Account Management
    • Great command of English - at least C1+ CEFR (Polish is not required),
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious goals in an agile, innovative and fast-paced environment,
    • Strong critical thinking ability and analytical skills - you don’t accept the status-quo and assertively strive to implement new solutions,
    • Optimism and can-do attitude.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in a similar role in a 500+ people company and/or fast paced growth (100%+) organization
  • Sandler Sales Certification
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Account-Based Marketing and Social Selling experience
