Head of Consulting Practice

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced manager who will launch Consulting Practice within Netguru in our main markets. The role will include setting the vision for our Digital Transformation Consulting Practice, hiring and managing Senior Consultants in places such as London and Berlin, proactively looking for ways to help our current clients and new clients reach their business goals, and, consequently, growing our business by doing it.

What are the responsibilities of the Head of Consulting Practice?

  • Create the vision and strategy for the Consulting Practice Team in Netguru in the area of Digital Transformation,
  • Build a team of Senior Consultants in the key markets/geographies,
  • Lead collateral development and internal/field enablement and evangelism to achieve an increased capacity of the sales and consulting ecosystem and effectively position, sell, and deliver Consulting Practice offerings,
  • Maintain a high degree of business acumen and promote digital strategy methods, creative and structured brainstorming, agile methods, and design,
  • Lead senior executives (customers) through strategic dialogue on the key challenges, strategic options, and possible outcomes,
  • Define the desired outcomes and deliverables and ensure the team is prepared for successful client deliveries,
  • Collaborate effectively within the organisation with the key stakeholders.

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum two years of experience in Strategic Consulting or Digital Transformation;
  • Two years of experience leading and managing complex projects with outcome-focused deliverables;
  • Two years of experience directly leading a team of reports;
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the year;
  • Ability to proactively leverage business contacts, personal networks, and centres of influence to identify, develop, and close prospective engagement opportunities;
  • Ability to attract, train, manage, and motivate staff;
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all tiers of the company;
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent client skills and customer relationship management skills;
  • Great command of English, CEFR C1+ (Polish not required).
