Joining netguru as Junior Recruitment Specialist means:

  • 3-6-month-long juniorship, during which you will learn and master the skills which will make a perfect foundation for a future promotion and a pay-rise to 4600 PLN gross

What are the responsibilities of a Junior Recruitment Specialist?

  • managing full lifecycle recruitment for a dedicated position (at the beginning with a support from your mentor);
  • discussing recruitment needs and cooperation with hiring managers;
  • communicating with candidates and carrying out interviews,
  • looking after Candidate Experience, shaping the expectations and negotiating the terms of collaboration;
  • conducting promotional activities and establishing the initial contact with prospective candidates;
  • improving current processes and creating new ones.

We want you onboard if you:

  • have: 
    • experience in recruitment,
    • OR significant professional experience in other area of expertise but you want to become a recruiter,
  • have a very good command of written and spoken Polish and English (CEFR C1+),
  • have impressive communication and interpersonal skills,
  • are proactive, assertive, ready to question status quo and implement improvements;
  • have strong analytical skills and focused on data-driven decision making;
  • have an ability to prioritise and switch between tasks;
  • keep up-to-date with HR, employer branding, and technology-related news.
