In this position you’re going to combine the activities of:

A Team Leader:

  • Work systematically with your partially remote team and its members - take ownership of development and career paths in your team, motivation and education, goal setting and execution, as well as gathering, addressing, and passing on feedback

  • Monitor results and quality of work - both on a daily basis and with strategic goals in mindUse analytics in your daily work and make data-driven decisions

  • Monitor ambitious/heavy workloads and distribute tasks in your team

  • Integrate your team - celebrate successes and anniversaries, seek opportunities to spend time together

  • Be a go-to person for internal stakeholders from Netguru (eg. hiring managers, PM Office team, Employer Branding, Marketing and HR Business Partners)

  • Make sure that recruitment processes are effective and modern - question the status quo and implement improvements

A Recruiter:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for different positions
  • Create and implement long-term recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers

You're a perfect fit if you:

  • Have 1+ years of experience in managing full lifecycle recruitment (preferably for technical positions: developers, engineers, testers etc.)
  • Have 1+ years of experience as a team leader of a group or recruiters: you were responsible for setting and monitoring goals of your team members, as well as for individual and team development paths
  • Have experience as a partner to an internal/external client: in gathering requirements and analysing recruitment needs, suggesting improvements, negotiating and guiding people through the whole process
  • Have experience in a growing company with ambitious headcount goals
  • Know how to take ownership for projects that you’re handling
  • Aim for automation and time-saving solutions for you and your team
  • Are driven by numbers and use data to make decisions
  • Communicate in an assertive and constructive yet informal way - both with your team members and your internal clients
  • Have a great command of English and Polish (both at least C1 CEFR)

We’ll be even more excited if you:

  • Are experienced in growing and restructuring a team that you led
  • Are experienced in direct cooperation with top management
