What are the responsibilities of a Sales Operations Specialist?

  • Building and nurturing relationships and providing support for the Account Executives and Sales team
  • Salesforce quality assurance – CRM Admin
  • Sales operations & analytics
  • Optimization and automation of sales processes
  • Research and incorporation of new tools for the Sales Team
  • Contracts preparation (SOW, MSA, NDA)
  • CRM Dashboards and reports
  • Working with Salesforce, Outreach.io, Trello, Cirrus, LinkedIn, Zapier and Crunchbase
  • Lead qualification
  • Ad-hoc support
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers

Must-haves for a Sales Operations Specialist at Netguru:

  • excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+),
  • experience in a similar position at a software consulting/SaaS services company,
  • strong numeric abilities and a passion for statistics,
  • working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM,
  • general knowledge of inbound processes and how to deliver customer success,
  • impressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
