What are a Senior Project Manager’s duties?

  • assisting our clients in making key decisions at every stage of product development,
  • coordinating the development of software solutions,
  • taking full ownership of the development process if needed,
  • motivating, supporting and guiding the project team,
  • sharing knowledge and experience with other Project Managers,
  • passing new ideas to clients,
  • reviewing and updating the current processes and creating new ones, implementing novel tools and solutions,
  • being ready to face unpredictable situations and coming up with the best possible solutions,
  • mentoring employees and acting as a trainer at internal and external events.

If you: 

  • have an in-depth knowledge and broad experience in managing Agile IT projects (at least 2 years),
  • are well-versed in the Agile/Scrum methodologies, 
  • are an expert in using Jira, Pivotal Tracker or other backlog management tools,
  • are eager to continually monitor product quality against company standards and always strive to improve those standards,
  • display a proactive attitude and assist clients in choosing the best solution possible,
  • easily understand clients’ business needs,
  • have a decent technical knowledge and can smoothly communicate with developers, product designers and QA specialists,
  • have an excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+); Polish not required.

It would be a plus if you: 

  • had a Scrum Master or Product Owner certificate,
  • had mentored and managed less experienced Project Managers,
  • were experienced in running courses/workshops/presentations as a coach.
